Wedding planning services for the day of your wedding begin 45 days before the wedding day:
- CONSULTATION to discuss all ideas & visions (video chat, phone, or email). Meeting to map out details of the event and go over the day of planning package
- Day of TIMELINE review and management
- Day of COORDINATION
- REHEARSAL coordination (this does not include booking and organizing the rehearsal)
- Coordinate & Orchestrate DAY OF Wedding Ceremony and Reception
- SETUP and BREAKDOWN areas for ceremony and reception with decorations provided by the client
