Since 2009, KayDi’s Events & Rentals has helped turn ideas into thoughtful, memorable experiences.

What began with event planning has grown into something broader: private celebrations, corporate and community experiences, event design, rentals, and creative support built around the people we serve.

We believe the best events don’t come from copying a package or following a trend. They start with listening.

KayDi’s is family-owned and operated, based in Huntsville, Alabama, with roots in St. Louis and a history of serving clients across multiple states. Over the years, we’ve worked with families, businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, and brands — each with a different vision and a different reason to gather.
