Since 2009, we’ve been building relationships with clients and other professional vendors. We love assisting our clients all over St. Louis and even those out of state with their special event. Worried about your already expanding budget? Hiring us not only helps to save you a piece of mind but a few dollars, too. With our knowledge of vendors and experience, we know how to find what you are looking for and stay within your budget! (We also offer payment arrangements to help take any extra stress off of your plate.) We have 3 assistants on our staff who are available to greet guests, assist with seating, and much more on your special day. Our commitment to you is to build a relationship with you by listening and learning about what you like and want. This helps us to build trust with you so that on your big day, you won’t have to worry about the logistics & details because you know you can depend on us!

Not only do I have a taste for technology but also a passion for planning and organizing events. For over 6 years, I’ve assisted in planning several events, from birthday parties, weddings, anniversary parties, fundraisers and many more special occasions for family and friends. In 2009, I established KayDi’s and events have been blooming ever since.

With a BS in Computer Science, the unique combination of technology and special events plays a big role in assisting our clients with their special celebrations. Electronic documents, wedding websites, electronic RSVP’s, wedding mobile apps, and other tools in the technology world helps us to organize every detail for each event.

I have worked with KayDi’s for over two years assisting in the planning and coordination for weddings and social occasions. I hold an extensive background in organizational skills and customer service that include almost a decade of planning and coordinating experience. Wedding planning is my passion and has been since 2000.

After graduating from Lindenwood University with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, I decided that I wanted to combine my creativity and organizational skills with my love for special events. I haven’t looked back since! I love that I get to develop a personal relationship with each client – I feel that it is truly the key to making each event a unique and special affair to remember. And, I’m a very detail-oriented person. This helps me focus on even the smallest aspects (that sometimes turn out to be the most important) when I’m helping you create the day of your dreams.
